The Contr’alto Flute in G sounds an octave lower than the alto flute. The instruments that are in use now have found their way to flute choirs. Kingma Contr’altos have been designed on special request for Scottish and Irish flute orchestras.
Standard Features on a Kingma Contr’alto
All Contr’altos have a G foot, Straubinger pads, silver plated body, and solid silver headjoint, lip plate and riser. They come with a Wiseman case and carbon fibre stand.
